This series of lectures is devoted to the basic principles of removable partial denture design and fabrication.  Lectures presented include RPD biomechanics, partial denture rests, the tooth tissue junction, RPD design philosophies with particular emphasis on the so-called RPI system, esthetics and dual path of insertion RPD’s, impressions and physiologic adjustment surveying, fabrication of surveyed crowns and other topics of interest.
