This program of instruction is devoted to the fabrication of complete dentures for edentulous patients. Lectures include history, exam and prognosis, preliminary and master impressions, making maxillo-mandibular records, occlusal concepts and setting of teeth, trial denture appointment, and insertion appointment. Other lectures discuss the unique challenges of fabricating complete dentures that oppose natural dentition and various pre-prosthetic surgical procedures that may be beneficial.
